We are excited to announce our new FAME blog series, in which our researchers have a chance to put their current research and scientific activities on a well-deserved spotlight!
The blog kicks off with a glance into a recent trip to Florida, US, by one of FAME’s Principal Investigators, Professor Sampsa Pursiainen from the Tampere University. As part of the science team that contributed to the development and scientific planning of a radar that will be used to measure an asteroid’s internal structure for the first time, Professor Pursiainen was invited to the launch event of the European Space Agency’s new planetary defence mission.
