Contacting the FAME Flagship
When contacting us via our website’s “Contact” section, you will be asked to fill in our name and email address. This information will only be used to response to your message if this is expected.
Subscribing to news and events
You have a possibility to let us send you information about the FAME Flagship’s activities. For this, you are asked to provide us your email address, which will be handled and used by the Flagship consortium’s coordinators to send you information about our timely activities and upcoming events.
Should you no more wish to receive news from us after subscribing, you can contact us (“Contact”) and ask to be removed from our contact list. If you choose to let us send you information, the FAME coordinators will eventually erase your contact details when the operations of FAME come to a close, requiring no action from you.
Event registration
All events of the FAME Flagship that are open to public and/or company representatives are being promoted at FAMEFLAGSHIP.FI. Some of these events require registration, for which FAME utilizes the Webropol online platform. The collected participant information – name, email address, organisation, etc. – will only be accessed by the coordinators of FAME for event-planning purposes and in order to communicate any important information to the registered parties. This data will be manually erased one year after the event by latest.
Please be aware that FAMEFLAGSHIP.FI may also promote events that are being organised by the Flagship’s partner organisations and stakeholders. These events may use a different kind of registration platform with its own functionalities.
